We apologies that we don't the refund policy for any orders that has been already placed unless we cannot fulfill your order or there is a damaged on the product upon receiving.
We offer refund within the first 7 days of your receiving, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Damaged Items: If the items are damaged upon receipt of the parcel (within the first 7 days of your receiving), we will process a refund. However, we will require proof of the damaged product to initiate the refund process.
- Refund Policy for Regular Priced Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
