Shipping Information
Prices exclude tax and order duties.
All international orders are shipped from Thailand via FedEx, with a registered tracking number.
Orders to Singapore are shipped from Thailand via Aramex, with a registered tracking number provided.
Domestic orders within Thailand are shipped via Flash Express, and a tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

We strive to ensure timely delivery and will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Most of our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel and they may require a signature upon delivery of the parcel. The recipient may also be given options for alternative delivery, such as choosing. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will likely contact the recipient using the given contact number to rearrange for another delivery date or given options for alternative delivery such as shipment redirection or collecting it from a designated service point. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us for refund processing.
If the shipment is deemed unacceptable, the recipient cannot be identified or located, or the recipient refuses delivery or payment of custom duties or other shipment charges, we may decide to release, abandon, dispose of, or sell the shipment. In such cases, we do not have any liability to the recipient or any other party.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipments are delivered to the Consignee’s address given by Shipper but not necessarily to the named Consignee personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Shipping addresses part of our restricted countries list below
- PO Boxes
- Military areas
- Government offices
- Airports - Shipyards
- Hotels
- Remote island areas
Restricted countries list: Mexico, Italy, Puerto Rico, Malaysia, Romania, Kuwait, Spain, India, China, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, Macao (*only for products with skin application).
For certain high-risk countries, there will be an additional charge of approximately USD $40-$45 that will be charged by our courier company to be paid directly to the courier company upon delivery. These countries include Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.
Product Restrictions
We are unable to ship the following products to all destinations except Thailand:

These rules and product restrictions are subject to change without prior notice, depending on the policies of the courier and customs laws in each country. We are not responsible for any product restrictions pertaining to your order to your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not applicable for our web orders.
Exchanges are valid only for damaged or incorrect items received. For such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Please note that your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, we may either refund the whole order or for the items that cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. After we have refunded you, it might take up to another 7 working days or more to see it reflected in your account. This depends on your payment services provider. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days upon receiving the refund notification email, please contact your payment processor directly for assistance.
