Request for Replacement: Product Near Expiration Date - Order #22211
​Dear Customer Service Team,
​I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent order I received today (Order #22211), which includes a set of shampoo and conditioner.
​Upon checking the packaging, I noticed that the products are very close to their expiration dates. Given the remaining shelf life, it is impossible for me to finish using them before they expire.
​I would like to request a replacement for a newer batch with a reasonable shelf life. If a newer batch is unavailable, please process a full refund for these items.
​I have attached photos of the production dates and the shipping label for your reference. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.
